Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy We aim to make your Taekwondo experience as flexible and convenient as possible. Please review our policy: Booking & Reservations: - Online Booking: Reserve your spot in advance through our online system. - Walk-Ins: We also welcome walk-ins! While walk-ins are always welcome, booking ahead is recommended for guaranteed availability, especially during busy times. Payment Upon Arrival: - We operate on a pay-when-you-show-up basis. This ensures you pay the correct price for your class, as prices may vary. - Payment is due when you arrive for your class. We accept cash, credit, or debit. Cancellations & No-Shows: - There are no cancellation or no-show fees. If you can’t make it, just let us know, and you can reschedule for a future class. Late Arrivals: - We strongly advise arriving on time to avoid missing valuable class content. While there are no penalties for late arrivals, coming in after the class starts may mean missing key instructions and important material. - Arriving 10-15 minutes early ensures you’re fully prepared to participate. Class Changes: - If there are any schedule changes or cancellations, we’ll notify you in advance via phone or email. - You’ll have the option to reschedule or join a future class.
